Cynthia has been an executive search recruiter for over 15
years. Her expertise and specialty are in the financial market,
where she has placed more then 100 individuals in such positions
as CFO, VP of Finance, FP&A, Corporate Controller and other
financially related roles.
Cynthia manages searches across all industries
in both start ups and public companies. She has successfully
completed assignments and worked with venture capitalists, audit
partners, investment bankers, and other business professionals
to ensure placement of the best possible person for the
position.
Prior to her recruiting career, Cynthia worked
in Public Relations on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC. She has a
degree in communications from the University of the
Pacific. Cynthia is actively involved in her community, having
served on the board of directors of both the San Mateo Rotary
and The Churchill Club.
