Gayle has over 24 years experience in executive search and human resource management. She held key management positions within the executive search practice at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Scheffel & Associates.

She brings an extensive background in executive search and human resources to the KarrScheffel team. Gayle was the Human Resource Manager for Baxter Biotech, Hyland Division. Her responsibilities encompassed three geographically and culturally diverse facilities. Gayle brings a unique customer focused perspective to our practice based on having been both a user and provider of the services we offer.

Her past career also includes two years as a staff auditor for a regional CPA firm. She has worked within a variety of industries including: financial services, manufacturing, biotechnology, professional services, retail and higher education. She is a graduate of California State University.

Recent Technology searches include: Pandora Internet Radio, Data Domain, DivX Networks, Magnum Semi, Micro Display, Webroot, and The Lending Club. Recent Venture Capital searches include the CFO/Administrative Partners for Northgate Capital, LightSpeed VC, Opus Capital, and Prospect Ventures. Real Estate searches include DPR Construction, The Marcus and Millichap Group and Prudential Reality of Northern California and Texas and Sobrato Development Companies.
