KarrScheffel, LLC is a boutique, retained executive search firm that specializes in recruiting senior level financial executives. Our most typical search is for the Chief Financial Officer although we also conduct audit committee chair searches and searches for roles that report to the CFO, such as Corporate Controller and VP of Finance.

Our firm has a long history and track record in Northern California as a preeminent finance and accounting search firm with origins going back over 35 years. While we have supported clients across the United States, the majority of our client base has been in the Western United States. KarrScheffel has a highly experienced team with a combination of accounting/finance experience and deep financial recruiting expertise.
